It was really abnormal at that
time that Mr. Chang went to Pachao and Magong to study Han
culture and Chinese herb research and founded a traditional
private school to teach folks after he finished study.
Mover, he opened a Chinese Herb shop to provide materials of
medicinal use when civilians had any illness. He served
folks with all his efforts. He always remained the justice
so that he often conciliated disputes for villagers. He was
considerably respected and appreciated by villagers
therefore Chimei villagers all called him Grand Mr. Chang. |
