Character Introduction
The Library, located in JhongHe Village and south-western to the Gate of CiMei Junior High School, was dedicated in Year 77th of Republic of China (1988). It is open to village residents and students of junior high school and elementary school, a knowledge treasure mountain in CiMei. The library is organized by one manager and one institute employee, collects over 20 thousand books, and includes children and adult reading areas, periodical division, large exhibition hall, and computers equipped with broad-brand connections.
The first floor of the library is usually used as a large-scale meeting place, such as cultural and art competition, villager promotion meetings, drinking and ¡§Rock-Scissors-Stone¡¨ games during Chinese New Year, a multi-functional public space.

Qualification for Library ID¡G
1. Ones older than 3 years old and living in PengHu County (soldiers included) with one-inch photo and personal ID ¡]Military certificates for soldiers, and domiciliary authentication¡^
2. Residents of county domiciled may use the ID forever.
3. ID holders without domicile registration in County may be terminated for book loan since one month before leaving PengHu County
4. For holders losing ID, reporting in any branch in County and filling out the application form with one-inch photo are allowable for ID re-issuing.
5. As ID application for others, the agent has to show IDs of himself and the ID holder.
