PengHu Melon with coarse skin and net figures, milky or orange
color pulp, fragrant, and sweet, was introduced in 1917 during
Japanese governance. With abundant ground water, the Country
has the largest share on farming areas in PengHu, centered in
Jhong Tun, HouLiao, GangZih, and CiTou. PengHu Mellon becomes
one of famous products in summer in PengHu. |
