Jibeiyu, located in the north of Chikan, is the biggest one of the four populated islands in Baisha Township. The density of inhabitants in Jibei is only lower than in Chikan. The terrain is smooth and the hinterland is extensive in Jibeiyu. Due to it is near the north shallow fishing ground, the fishery is very prosperous. Furthermore, the vast reef-shed along the coast and the freely flowing tide in all directions enrich the fishery resources. Since the ancient time, this island is famous for the method of stone-mound fishing. The mound spread over around the island which is the place with maximum stone-mounds. The superior skill of stacking stone-mounds has handed down for hundreds of years. Most of the stone-mound spread over the other areas of Pengfu Archipelagoes are directed and completed by the craftsman of stone-mound in the main island. The two big characteristics of the topography in the island are the flat, square basalt mountain and a tract of sands. Especially the tract of golden sandy beach with the clear and still brine, located in the south of the island, attract innumerable people to play and dive in the water, which is the superior pleasure ground. Nearly, it has become an important sightseeing spot in Pengfu County and the tour focus for travelling the isolated islet in the North Sea.

The tourists could harmony with the route of Speedboat Company to Mudouyu or other islets.

The ship routes for the yacht companies are different in Baisha Township. Roughly, they are divided into the Northeast Sea Line and North Sea Line. The tourists could take a one-day tour to the islated islands areound or two-day tour to stay overnight and take the early shipboat back to Houliao Wharf and then proceed to Chikan Wharf for the transportation to the other courses by speedboat
