| Zhongtun Windpower Plant, located in the east side of Yongan Bridge, was finished in 2001. This plant possessed four sets of 600 KW Windmills with the power packages and used them to convert the strong wind in the island into limitless electric power resources. The four white windmills,with the height of 50 meters, drawn up from east to west in orderly ranks, convoluted by the wind in the dark blue sea, has become a new landmark of the entrance to Baisha Township and has represented a milestone in developing green resources and has turned into a very glaring geography landscape and a tourism scenic spot. Zhongtun Second Nursery Garden where the windmills located has planned to be a new scenic spot with pavilions, corridors and scenic platforms for observing the sea in leisure time. |

| Under the west side of Yongan Bridge which is opposite to the windmill is a temple named Shierke Public Temple built around the years of Xianfeng. The south of the windmill is a crop area of Zhongtun Island, the tourists could observe the agriculture landscape along the cement road. |
