As
the brother of Siaochihkan Village Lu Chu, he was a elementary
teacher in Houliao, Jibei etc. after graduated from the Teachers
Department of Taiwan Governor-general Hall Mandarin School in
the age of 19, In R.O.C. 18, he resigned and went to Japan
studying in Medical Science Specialized School of Kyoto Imperial
University. After graduation in R.O.C 22, he was a public doctor
and ever served as a member of Penghu Hall Protocol Committee.
In R.O.C 37, he served as the president of Penghu County Public
Health Office then transferred to a doctor of Penghu Hispital
and run a clinic in Chihkan after he retired. |
