YuHuang Empire, called as Heaven God by general people, is in the highest status among gods to administrate all other gods and control fates of human being in folklore.  General people dare not to sculpture God statue and instead write down the title which is glued on wall in the living room and hung with a bronze censer for incenses day and night. On his birthday, people pay respects and pray for blessing with offerings.   Simple and solemn for the praying, at auspicious hours believers have to shower first, and knee down for three times and kowtow for nine times, not allowable for dalliance or anger.  In offering chickens and unclean fish, such as shark and snakefish, are improper, and in praying women in physiological cycle, of pregnancy, within one month after giving birth, or in mourning are not permitted to touch dedicated things.  It reveals the high place of Heaven God in folklore

After 12 am of Jan. 9^th, believers have to bath and clean, and below Heaven God censer set a dedication table completed with censer, offering box, red candles, left and right-side flower sets, five kinds of meats, four kinds of fruits, tea, red rice balls, cookies and candies, paper money, and luck bill.  Upon the auspicious time, firing incenses to expel evils and stink, family members pray respectively by genders and ages, male and elderly first.  All hold three incenses to sincerely pray for God’s blessing, plug them in the censer, knee down for three times and knock head for nine times, refill tea for three times, burn paper money, pour tea or alcohol on burned ash for a circle, and finally fire firework
