description of terrainˇG |

Wave piled terrain is the terrain that waves and flood continuously
pour to the shore and erode it; then move the collapsed rock pieces
into adequate places and pile up. Magong City
mainly
has two sea pile-up terrains, one is beach and the beaches of
Guanyin pavilion, Shihli and Shanshui are
the typical ones. The spotlessly white bay formed for months and
years by ocean currentsˇ¦ power extends to living activities and a
place for summer recreation. Except for beach, the other one is
gravel beach piled up by rocks such as the one on the west side of
Fengkuei Snake Head Mountain. Another terrain is a land-tied island.
The lands separated by wave erosion or islands originally separated
from each other combine to a connected island later by the pile-up.
The terrain from Shihli to Fengkueiwei peninsula, Jutsaichien
Mountain and Huching Islet is the typical model of land-tied
islands. |
