Peanut pastry was developed in Year 60s of Republic of China
when tourism in PengHu started. In the whole process, peanuts
shall be filtered, fried, touched, beat as powder or paste,
mixed with malt syrup, kneaded to rectangle shape, cut to piece
by piece, and wrapped for sale. Made by peanut growing in
PengHu, the pastry will taste with local flavors, and listed
with Shelled Peanut and Five Spice Peanut as selective proceeded
products in PengHu. |
