Tongpanli is one of the isolated villages in Makung, which is located at the south sea of Makung and is closed to Hujingyu.  The columned basalt in this area is a representative of the terrain and geology in Pengfu.  The lava of volcano-like at the coast is also a big characteristic.  People could see the Maojiang Stone at the roadside, which is a local special landscape while they are walking on the cement road.  Nearly, some thinking people would like to build it as an art village.  The colored drawings at the port were a part of that activity.  Some local unity-yard residences at the west side has been uninhabited and empty; however, they have depicted the wisdom to utilize local resources on the living space.  This area concentrates nature, humanism, the columned basalt, the unity-yard residence and the lives of the villagers.

The sea route is Sightseeing Vessels and Traffic Boats; the tourists could take the vessel at Nanhai Passengers Center.  The tourists could walk and ride a bike in the islet.

Xishan Scenic Area in Hujing

Because it is located at the isolated islet, the tourists should inquire the vessel schedules from the bus station and Nanhai Passengers Center.  The place for transportation is at Nanhai Passengers Center, please arrives there about ten or twenty minutes early.  Be careful at the time of getting on and off the boat and do not push and squeeze.  The tourists could aboard the boat after it is anchored.   There is a bike rental on the islet.  Please do not approach or destroy the natural resources; for example, columned basalt and Maojiang Stone.  Please watch the variation of tides and do not play in the water.
