The Monumental Archways of Famous Sceneries in Xiying is located between Minsheng Road and Jieshou Road. This monumental Archway records a history. In 1947, the February 28^th affair was happened in Taiwan but Pengfu was involved into this affair due to proper management. All circles consulted and decided to build Zhongzheng Park to remember this affair with deep emotion. The monumental archway of the entrance was inscribed “The famous sceneries in Xiying”. In 2002, it was recorded to be the historic building.
