Ou Ching Shih could memorize any thing even just with one glance, and his family had been living in Magong Peichia for a long time. He served in educational circles for several year enthusiastically teaching students. He was once the only appointed head of interveners who was a local person during the Japanese-occupied period. After passed the senior examination of administration and justice, he came back to Taiwan and run the attorney business in Tainan keeping justice in mind to clear up charges for people who were wronged and being wildly respected. He had an especially strong national spirit, and was the first one of Penghu martyrs fighting against Japanese who was respected in the martyrs' shrine.
