Penghu had four Chujen, and Mr. Cheng Pu Chan was one of them. He was from Magong Tungchia, and grated the title of Chujen at the age of 22. Except served as the president of Wenshih Academy, he reconstructed Wenshih Academy, Tengying Tower, Wu Temple, Yungan Bridge, and Chian Bridge etc. He also established Wenfeng Tower on SsuChiao Islet. There was once a stud couplet wrote by him in Tungchia Peichi Hall, but now it was gone already.
