Tsai Ting Lan was the first and the only Chinshih in
Penghu, therefore he could be called
¡uKai
Peng Chinshih¡v.
He grated the title of Chinshih at the age of 44. After
came back to hometown, he built
¡uthe
Residence of
Chinshih¡vin
Shuantoukua, and also hung the ¡§Kung Pi Ssu Wen¡¨ tablet
in Chinfeng pavilion, the back hall of Queen of Heaven
Temple in Magong. He once served as the president of
Wenshih Academy, and had the achievements such as
editing Penghu Note and requesting emergency to relieve
the people in stricken areas etc. |
