Hopeful World, the former PengHu Tourism Promotion Center, was authorized to operation by DaDongShan Enterprise Group in 2003, which reuses original exhibition functions.   Coral is the focus in the Center, including types of exhibitions associated with special tourism industries, to provide visitors with relevant data about local industries.  The Center accommodates departments of special products (fish and proceed foods), where light boxes, real objects, and models are used for character and development exhibition; art work division, including stone carving and wood boat introduced by description board and art work and word introduction; veined stone division with drawing and word illustration, real stones, and stone art works; and sea shell department with photo and word introduction, real shells, and large ecological model system to explain scattering of sea shells.

Apart from corals from DaDongShan Enterprise Group, exhibitions in the Center are supplied by PenHu Tourism Business Association, PengHu Pastry Business Association, PengHu Hotel Association, PengHu Craft Business Association, PengHu Ferry Business Association, PengHu local artists, and civil collectors in PenHu.  There are all those exhibitions instead of any collections in the Center.
