| Belonging to Cultural Bureau of PengHu County Government, ErDai Art Center has total area of 990 square meters and one staff. Artist Jhou, Er Dai built ¡§ErDai Art Center¡¨ in PengHu in 1988, and stayed at his hermitage in PengHu after his ¡¥Taipei Farewell, 11 ErDai Review Exhibition¡¦. In 1990, ¡§ErDai Art Center¡¨ was dedicated, where Mr. Jhou had his creation and completed lots of works. The house and works were donated to PengHu County Government after his death, and Cultural Bureau reused the place as an exhibition center with indoor and outdoor divisions, the former includes Statue of Mr. Jhou, ErDai and art works of water painting, chirography, sketch, color painting, seal carving, sculpture, ceramics, etching, and photography; and the latter sets walls printed with poems and carvings of ErDai. |
