中文摘要：本研究所建立之六個標準岩樣 , 簡稱 NTUG( 國立台灣大學地質學系 ) 標準岩樣 , 包括 : 澎湖內垵鹼性玄武岩、萬年塔橄欖石玄武岩、觀音山兩輝安山岩、綠島海參坪輝石 - 角閃石安山岩、金門田浦花崗岩、與金門料羅片麻岩。我們利用中子活化分析法、感應耦合電漿 - 質譜分析法、 X 光螢光分析法 , 分析了標準岩樣中之主要元素、微量元素、稀土元素含量 , 經由反覆分析和比較得到各個成分之初步建議值。希望近期內將其分送國內外其他化學分析實驗室進行分析比較 , 以期進一步確認其成份。

英文摘要：Six rock standards, termed as NTUG ( National Taiwan University , Department of Geology) were selected in different localities, including (1) Penghu alkali basalt,(2) Wannienta olivine basalt, (3) Kuanyinshan two-pyroxene andesite, (4) Lutao pyroxene-hornblende andesite and (5) Chinmen biotite granite and (6) gneiss. Major and trace element compositions for these rocks have been carried out by INAA, ICP-AES, ICP-MS and XRF methods. Whereas their tentative recommended values are given in this paper, further studies in terms of other techniques and more inter- laboratory calibrations are needed. The NTUG standards are available upon request.
